01

In-house workshops

From a two-hour keynote to two full days, at your offices, remote or at Dufourstrasse 49 in Zurich. Your team walks out with ways of working that hold up in everyday business.

  • Real cases from your own business instead of textbook examples.
  • Shared standards the team agrees on.
  • Concrete next steps for every role.
02

1:1 mentoring

For executives and managing directors: in personal sessions I set up tools and agents on your own device, so you can focus on what matters and hand the admin work over.

  • Personal training for working with AI.
  • A fixed slot every two weeks, billed monthly.
  • Regular support and upkeep of your setup.
Modules

Choose your training

Whether you are right at the start or already in the middle of it – you can pick from the modules whatever fits you best. For modules 02 and 03 I recommend booking module 01 first.

00

Keynote

AI has arrived in office work, and it is staying. The keynote shows where AI stands in companies today and what to watch for in your own AI strategy. Fits into a staff meeting or a management retreat.

Fundamentals

Understanding language models, prompting usefully, judging results instead of believing them. Practice runs on your own case, with the tool of your choice.

02

Claude Cowork in daily work

Cowork on your own project: handing over folders, working in steps, correcting instead of starting over. The work runs on real files.

03

Your own context, your own skills

Recurring tasks become skills of your own, shared company knowledge becomes a CLAUDE.md. The first skill goes wrong and gets repaired.

Common questions

FAQ

Can we combine the modules?

Yes. I recommend starting with module 01 – anyone who can judge what comes out gets a good deal more out of 02 and 03. We set the entry point for your team in the preliminary call.

How is a training laid out over time?

The standard case is two days with a gap between them: day 1 brings modules 01 and 02, then two to four weeks of practice, then day 2 with module 03. That way module 03 can answer the questions that real use has raised.

How many people can take part?

Up to ten people per run, up to twenty for the keynote. Larger teams I split up – that keeps room for every case.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. The technical side is assumed, though: accounts and installation are in place before the date, so the workshop stays a training and does not turn into a rollout. The checklist arrives two weeks ahead.

Do you also offer AI coaching for individuals?

Yes, as 1:1 mentoring for managing directors and executives. A fixed slot every two weeks, billed monthly and cancellable at any time.

Do you set the tools up for me and then stay on?

That is exactly what the 1:1 mentoring is. In the setup I install your tools on your own device, and after that we work on your tasks every two weeks. A German creative agency with around 15 employees has been doing this since May 2026.

Every cut is priced under prices.
